Veterans Development Corporation is owned and managed by President and CEO Mark Voner who served in Lebanon in the early 1980s. The company employs over 30 employees, 10 of whom honorably served the United States of America armed forces, including Mark Voner’s father, Victor Voner, a Korean War Veteran, Randy Kirkpatrick, a Vietnam Veteran and Purple Heart recipient, and Timothy Voner, an Army Ranger with the 2nd Battalion, who recently returned from Iraq.
