As you could likely guess, my job as a social worker here involves working with a lot of combat veterans who struggle with multiple PTSD symptoms, and can be easily be startled by loud noises, etc. I have to say---I found your team of workers to be, not only efficient and highly trained in their trades, but I noticed them being very respectful and very professional around the staff and patients. For example, knocking on clinician doors and politely asking to enter the offices and complete work projects, apologizing to patients for loud banging and drilling noises, asking if there was anything else that they could help with, etc.

Therefore, I just wanted to take the time to compliment these workers, as I found their professionalism to be very refreshing. Specifically, I was impressed with the Heating and Air Conditioning specialists, and Mr. Tom Zepka and Mr. Seth Zepka.
